"International shipping is helpful, but a little annoying"
I do appreciate that they offer international shipping, because a lot of sites like this don’t even bother. I was able to find my country and check the available options without too much hassle, so that part was decent.
That said, the shipping cost felt kind of high, and the delivery details weren’t as clear as I would’ve liked. It worked out in the end, but the process was a bit annoying and not quite as smooth as I hoped

"I ordered the Star Trek wine..."
I ordered the Star Trek wine for my dad because he’s a big Trek fan, the bottle looked really cool when it showed up. It arrived in good shape too, which I was a little worried about. He seemed happy with it, so I’m calling it a win. I mean, it’s a fun gift idea for a fan, right?

My wine showed up faster than I expected and I really liked it. I’m usually a bit skeptical about customer service with online orders, so I’m glad I didn’t have to deal with any issues. I’d definitely order from them again.

"Fun for Star Trek fans, but a bit unnecessary"
I thought the Star Trek wine was a fun idea, especially if you’re into the show. The bottle looks cool and definitely has that collector vibe, but the wine itself was just okay to me. It feels a little pricey for what it is, and unless you really want it for the novelty, it’s kind of unnecessary.

I ordered from startrekwines.com recently and ended up needing to return one item. The process itself wasn’t too complicated, but I did have to send a couple of emails before I got a clear answer, which was a little frustrating in the moment.
The refund did make it back to my card, so everything worked out, but because this just happened, the slow part is what I remember most right now. Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, just one that could definitely be a bit smoother

"Cool idea, but honestly a bit too limited"
I was really interested at first because of the limited edition Star Trek bottles, and to be fair, they do look nice. But it kind of felt like that was the biggest selling point. The price seemed a little too high for what you actually get, and once the novelty wore off, I just wasn’t super impressed. Shipping was fine, nothing amazing. It’s probably a good pick for a serious collector, but I don’t think I’d buy it again...

My order was mostly correct, though one of the bottles wasn’t the one I had picked out. Compared to other places I’ve ordered from, the mix-up wasn’t a huge deal, and support did get it fixed. It just took a few days, so it was a little slower than I would’ve liked.

"A fun little win for a Trek gift"
I ordered from startrekwines.com mostly because the bottles looked fun, but I didn’t expect the Star Trek details to be that well done. The labels and overall design feel like they were made by people who actually know and like the show, not just a random logo stuck on a bottle.
I got it as a gift for my brother, who is the bigger Trek fan in the family, and he noticed the little design touches right away. i felt proud of myself for picking something he genuinely liked. Cool buy, and it felt really legit.

I got through checkout eventually, but it wasnt the smoothest on my phone. A couple pages took longer to load than I expected, and I ended up checking my shipping info twice because it felt like it didn’t save right away.
The payment part worked fine though, and I got the confirmation email quickly after placing the order, so no real issue there.
Overall it wasn’t a bad experiance, just a little more annoying than I thought it would be. I’d still shop there again if I found something I really wanted

"Fair shipping, no ridiculous fees"
I ordered from startrekwines.com and the shipping price was fair. I was half expecting some ridiculous extra charges to pop up at checkout, but there weren’t any weird fees, which I really appreciated. I’d definitely buy from them again

Also, having to go through verification more than once was frustrating. I get needing security, but repeating the same kind of checks made the experience feel more annoying than it needed to be...

"I liked this more than I thought I..."
I liked this more than I thought I would. I tried the red first… or maybe it was the second bottle, I can’t totally remember, but it was smooth and not too heavy. It had a nice berry taste that made it easy to drink. One of the bottles seemed kind of sharp when I opened it, but after it sat for a bit it mellowed out and got much better. Overall, a solid 4 stars from me.

I got an email when the order was confirmed, then another one when it shipped, so I wasn’t just sitting there wondering what was going on. One update did take a bit longer than I thought it would, but when I reached out, they got back to me. Overall, happy with the whole thing

"Decent service, just a little slow"
Customer service was alright overall. They did get back to my email, but it took a couple of days and I had to follow up once before hearing back. It was not a bad experience, just slower than I was expecting.
